Great service recovery. Initially the flowers delivered was very different from what I have ordered. Add to that my wife was upset I bought those flowers for her birthday. 😅 immediately I informed the shop and the correct flowers was delivered within a few hours time. The flowers are beautiful and wifey is now happy.

Order a bouquet to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday. Absolutely gorgeous arrangement for the bouquet. Apart from the same-day delivery, the Customer Service provided by Gwen who attended to us via WhatsApp, was simply awesome.
