Ordered flowers one week in advance and came at good condition. Requested the delivery to be handed over via person and everything is smooth. They did not put a floral sponge to keep the flowers fresh for longer period of time but I guess you can request for one if needed which i didnt. No issue with me since it is handed over in person and also putting sponge may be wet and messy for a gift.
