Your efficiency was impressive, but the fake hydrangea was a letdown, particularly since I shared the expense with others. The fact that I unknowingly chose an artificial hydrangea as the wreath’s centerpiece was embarrassing. The product I received is not what I expected, and I’m disappointed to find fake flowers, especially the hydrangea. It’s embarrassing and unacceptable to receive artificial flowers without explicit warning. Upon confirming whether I overlooked a disclaimer or statement regarding the use of fake flowers, the reply was “As you can see from the listing on our website it states that it’s Silk hydreageas here…Due to singapore weather real hydrangeas are not used because they won’t last in our climate…Yes silk is artifical”. I think it’s intentionally misleading. How many customers on the street would read “silk” as a layman term for artificial? I asked around and all of them interpreted “silk green” as a type of color or hydrangea type. Either you change the description to one that does not cast any doubt (e.g., artificial) be explicit about it OR change to the type of flower which can last 3-5 days for a wake. It is not about the price, I would pay for more to replace the centre piece with yellow roses? Big poppy Chrysanthemum?

Hi Jill, sorry to hear about the confusion. We try to be as upfront as possible by listing them as “Silk Hydrangeas” on the site, in the floral world, “silk” is the standard term for artificial flowers. We used to withstand the Singapore heat for multi-day wakes, fresh hydrangeas will likely withered in our climate.
If anyone is ever unsure about the materials or flower types, we always encourage a quick check-in with us via WhatsApp before ordering! We’re always happy to clarify or suggest alternatives like roses or chrysanthemums if you prefer 100% fresh.
