Needing to order Mother’s Day flowers, I searched Google and found this place has pretty stellar reviews. I searched their website and found a bouquet I thought my wife would like. At some point on the website, I became aware of the $99 lifetime membership, which entitles you to 20% off each purchase. I think there are certain restrictions to get the discount (nothing crazy), but the bottom line is that I ordered an expensive bouquet and so with the discount, the membership only cost me something like $40. As a bonus, the membership also includes a free $99 bouquet. I figured I’d request that free bouquet to be delivered in advance of Mother’s Day, and this morning it was delivered. My wife had a few friends over when the flowers came and she was super surprised to see them. All her friends kept talking about how nice it was for me to randomly buy her flowers! Little do they know I ordered it to save on future purchases. 😉
Back to the florist….I’ve also been impressed by their customer service. Only a few minutes after signing up for my membership, I recieved a WhatsApp message thanking me for signing up. I ordered the Mother’s Day bouquet and afterwards wanted to also order the free bouquet I mentioned above. I wasn’t sure how to order it and asked via WhatsApp. Almost immediately I had a screenshot that showed me the link to click to get the bouquet. The service so far has been impeccable!
The first bouquet we had delivered was very fresh and the flowers were beautiful! If this continues, I will be a customer for life!
