How same-day delivery works

Place the order by 5pm, choose your delivery window at checkout, either 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm, and the arrangement is made up fresh that day. Before the driver takes it, a photo of your actual flowers comes to you on WhatsApp, and a second photo follows once it is delivered. That is the part people tell us they wanted and never got elsewhere: proof of what arrived, sent to the person paying rather than the person receiving. Orders placed after 5pm go out the next day from 10am. Delivery is contactless and needs no signature, so nobody has to wait at home.

Need to change something? Message us with the order number as early as you can. Once the flowers are being made up or are out with the driver, we cannot pull them back.

What you can get delivered today

Same-day covers the fresh range: hand bouquets, vase and table arrangements, funeral wreaths, condolence flower stands and grand opening stands. Orchid arrangements and bespoke designs need one to three days, because the blooms are ordered in specially. If you need a specific arrival time rather than a window, we can hold a one-hour slot between 10am and 7pm at extra cost, which is what most grand opening and wake deliveries use.

A message card comes free with every order and takes up to 200 words, more room than a florist card usually gives you. Write it out properly.

Where we deliver

Islandwide, free, to homes, offices, hospitals, funeral parlours and void deck wakes. Three areas carry an additional S$40 fee: Sentosa and Resorts World Sentosa, the Marina Bay area, and Changi Airport terminals. A short list of addresses needs access arranged first, including Jurong Island, PSA ports, shipyards, army camps, construction sites and the Tuas industrial roads. Is same-day delivery really free?

Yes, to most Singapore addresses, with any product purchase. The Sentosa, Marina Bay and Changi Airport surcharge is the only exception.

Can you get a wreath or flower stand to a wake today?

Yes, on the same 5pm cut-off. Put the parlour name and the hall or lot number in the address field. See our condolence flowers.
