Alex is such a great man. I ordered a flower stand for my friend’s shop opening. And due to the Heighten Alert, the delivery needs to be postponed. Coincidentally, some other orders was placed on the same day as mine, so Alex accidentally delivered my flower stand earlier. Without hesitation, he offered a new flower stand to be sent for FREE on the actual opening day. I offered to pay maybe half of the price or just to cover the cost, but this man insisted that it’s FOC since it’s a mistake by the shop. It’s not about the money but this little act gained my full trust and LRDF will be my go-to florist in the future. Highly recommended !
