I’ve placed an order for my mom, for Mother’s Day in advance.
They not only provided complimentary delivery service when they should be honing in on such lucrative business opportunities.
They also gave consumers the choice to pick from three-hour time slots for the flowers to be delivered.
They were also so ethical and honest to inform me that certain flowers are unavailable on the day of delivery and that they will definitely utilise similar value/visual flowers as a form of replacement.
I then asked if I could do a little upgrade by topping up the price difference via a simple Paynow transfer.
And they agreed readily and still could deliver within the timeslot I’ve selected, with no qualms about it.
Most importantly, they under promise and over deliver.
The flowers came early and gave my mother a beautiful surprise.
She even complimented that it’s been ages since she’s received sweet smelling flowers.
