The website is easy to navigate and while not the cheapest, it is great value for the quality and service. Had some questions, left a message outside of office hours and got a call back immediately when it was office hours. Caller (Chrisanne) was very polite and sympathetic (it was for a funeral) and responded professionally to some dumb questions from me. I am grateful.

Little Red Dot Florist provides efficient service online & offline. More importantly, recipient was grateful of the gorgeous flowers (wreaths) & asked me where I ordered from.
I ordered 2 wreaths in the afternoon one after another & the platform catches the details of the first order so I need not key in the venue once again.
A whatsapp message of confirmation with pics of the wreaths done up was sent to me within 2 hrs & delivered by early evening.

Do support them! I was blessed to receive very professional level of service from this company and their staff at very reasonable prices. It's my first time purchasing from them and they definitely did a splendid job making it such a pleasant experience. Not only were the bouquets as per the photos but the staff even made sure the flowers were fresh and blooming upon presentation to their recipient. Overall they were also responsive and helpful on WhatsApp making it seamless for a first timer. Without being told, they gave me updates via WhatsApp once the bouquet was ready and after delivery as well. They also were accommodative though I had shifted my delivery timing earlier and even on time for the delivery. Highly recommend their services!

Ordering was fuss free, florist even provided updates on the flowers before and after delivery, also delivered same day when ordered before 3.30pm (for funeral wreath)
